The New Orleans Weather forecast for the weekend: We finally have sun back in the forecast! This morning we still have have a stubborn clouds, but they'll continue to thin out through the morning and by this afternoon it will be sunny and cool in the 50s. It will also be breezy today with a north wind at 15-20 mph. Tonight will be a cold one and we do expect frost for a big part of the area. A light freeze expected across the Northshore and even widespread frost possible South come Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon will be nice and sunny near 60 degrees. An upper disturbance looks to increase clouds late Saturday and more clouds early Sunday, but then some clearing Sunday afternoon.
