Description
Chief Meteorologist Chris Franklin has a look at the New Orleans Weather Forecast for the first day of 2023!
Dense fog as we begin the new year...this seems pretty common for us. Once the fog clears, a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the low to mid 70s, so a pretty spring-like start to 2023. Fairly quiet start to the week with a few showers possible Monday. A vigorous upper system is moving into central CA and this will develop a risk of severe weather as we head into Monday and Tuesday across parts of the South. Thankfully for us, the main upper low will move more toward the northern Plains and not the Deep South.
