There is a late season system in the Caribbean that could form into a tropical storm. An area of low pressure in the Caribbean Sea has been designated Potential Tropical Cyclone Fifteen. That means it is not a developed system yet, but it is expected to develop soon and will likely bring impacts to land areas. In this case, the system we're looking at is forecast to become Tropical Storm Lisa by Monday as it moves across the Caribbean Sea. The National Hurricane Center predicts it will become a hurricane before a landfall in Central America near Belize late Wednesday or Thursday.
