Julia's remnants will have a chance of reorganizing but will stay far south of the northern Gulf Coast. A disturbance near the extreme southern Gulf of Mexico has a medium chance of development in the next couple of days. It will drift slightly northwest in the Bay of Campeche and could try to organize some. However, strong upper level winds will disrupt any organization by the end of the week as a cold front swings out into the Gulf.
