Earl is expected to continue to weaken today and there's one area to watch long term. As Earl has failed to become a major hurricane and is now moving very fast over the northern Atlantic. It'll continue to weaken today becoming an extratropical cyclone then eventually dissipating through the week not directly impacting any land. One area highlighted by the NHC closer to the coast of Africa has a low chance of tropical development over the next 5 days.
