Description
Rico Pet Recovery, a nonprofit in central Ohio, said it helped save 27 dogs from a home in west Columbus. The dogs came in need of some serious care. The nonprofit's founder said their fur was matted and the dogs had serious dental issues, ear infections, parasites and skin infections.
