Hundreds of people attend the farewell ceremony for former Russian transport minister Roman Starovoyt, who allegedly committed suicide hours after being dismissed from his position by President Vladimir Putin. At least 17 members of the Russian government bid farewell to Starovoyt, according to state media. His body was found on July 7 in the Moscow suburb of Odintsovo with a gunshot wound. "I remember him as a decent man," says Andrei Nikitin, Russia's new transport minister. IMAGES
