Jihad Omar, 48, searches with his bare hands for his relatives under the rubble after an Israeli strike hit his wife's family home in the Al-Shati refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip. Gaza's civil defence agency said five people were killed and several others injured and transported to Al-Shifa hospital following the overnight Israeli air strike on the Nassar family home, adding that some remain missing under the rubble.
