Description
Venezuelan authorities lead a press tour of two prisons: the National Institute for Women's Guidance and the Guaiparo Police Coordination Center.
The visit of the facilities comes days after 252 Venezuelan migrants were flown home from El Salvador's notorious "anti-terrorism" prison where they were sent by the United States in March in a fear-inducing crackdown on undocumented migrants.
When asked how many of these migrants would be sent to prison, Garcia Zerpa says that "the number is very low, very low, less than 1% of the total." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
