A French doctor warns that a banned pesticide recently reapproved under the so-called "Duplomb law" could pose serious health risks. Dr Pierre-Michel Perinaud, a GP and president of the Alerte des Medecins network, says studies point to possible links with developmental issues in children and hormone disruption.
