A public hearing turned physical as a woman who accused a former campaign manager for Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett of sexual harassment spoke during Monday's City-County Council meeting. Lauren Roberts said Thomas Cook harassed her while he was her boss when she worked for Hogsett's campaign in 2015.
