Description
In Historic Dublin, a memorial filled with candles now lines U.S. 33, where police say 24-year-old Ethan Perry was hit and killed over the weekend. The suspect, former Ohio State football player Kirk Barton, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
Ethan’s mother, Roslyn Perry, is still processing her new reality and said she wants the highest form of punishment given to Barton.
