Six of the top buyer's markets in the country are in Florida, including here in Tampa, according to a new report from Redfin. The home listing and real estate analysis group found several Florida markets in which the number of sellers is far outpacing the number of buyers. The data, released at the end of May, was pulled from home listings in April, when Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale led the way as the top three buyer's markets in the country. Austin, Texas checked in at No. 4, followed by Jacksonville and Tampa. Orlando ranked No. 9 on the list, one spot behind Las Vegas and one spot ahead of Nashville.
