Thousands of people are under evacuation orders as the Rowena Fire continues to burn near The Dalles. The fire has destroyed at least 20 homes since it broke out amid 30 mph winds just before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The fire was 0% contained and had burned at least 3,500 acres as of Thursday morning, according to fire officials. No injuries or deaths have been reported.
