Description
An Anderson Police Department officer is facing charges after shooting a gun off-duty while trying to recover his stolen car on the east side of Indianapolis.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office formally charged Maurice Magee with two counts of criminal recklessness.
IMPD responded to a report of shots fired in the 600 block of Woodruff Place West Drive, near East Michigan and North Rural streets, just before 6:30 a.m. Monday, May 19.
