Our partners at the Capital Chronicle cite documents that claim Sen. Mike Bohacek of Michiana Shores was stopped by a police Jan. 24 and refused a breathalyzer test.
According to the Capital Chronicle, the case remained under wraps for months because of his status as a lawmaker, through something called legislative immunity.
