Indianapolis police are investigating after two people were found shot, one fatally, on the city's near north side Tuesday morning. Just after 4 a.m. June 3, IMPD officers responded to multiple reports of the shooting in the 3700 block of North Pennsylvania Street, near the intersection of 38th and North Meridian streets. The officers found a man and woman who had been shot inside an apartment. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the man was taken to a local hospital in "serious but stable condition," IMPD Sgt. William Young said. The Marion County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as 39-year-old Kia Robinson.
