A recently fired employee returned to a Kent business with a gun on Thursday and was found dead after a fire broke out, according to the Kent Police Department. The Kent Police Department responded to the 6600 block of South 216th Street for reports of a former employee with a gun who was making threats to employees. Witnesses reported the man was carrying a gas can. The former employee, identified by police as a 55-year-old Federal Way man, was found in the warehouse of the business.
