In the middle-class neighborhood of Sopocachi in La Paz, Bolivians talk about an uncertain future the morning after the first round of the presidential election. With two right wing candidates on a run-off ballot in October, everyone is expecting deep changes that they hope will dig Bolivia out of its economic crisis. "The important thing is to move Bolivia forward so we don't sink further with this dollar issue.
