Edman Lara, the running mate of Bolivian presidential candidate Rodrigo Paz, rallies on the outskirts of La Paz a day after the first round of the presidential election. Addressing supporters, Lara accused his running mate's opponent, right-wing ex-president Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga, of being "part of the past".
