Description
In Entre Rios, where Senate president and candidate Andronico Rodriguez is expected to vote, graffiti urging a null ballot has appeared ahead of the election, echoing a call by former president Evo Morales.
"Quite a lot of people are going to support the null vote, because they are not satisfied with the candidates, especially those from the right," says Winder Rojas Ledezma, a 30-year-old resident. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
