China's foreign ministry says it will "provide support within its capacity" and "strengthen friendly exchanges and cooperation" with Vanuatu, after the South Pacific nation's interior minister said that Beijing would donate over $400,000 in gear to the police force. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
