Description
A Chinese migrant has died and nine others have been rescued after their boat capsized on the Danube River along the Serbia-Croatia border, Serbian police say. The small vessel, carrying at least ten Chinese nationals, overturned near the village of Plavna, about 125 kilometres northwest of Belgrade. Authorities believe the group was attempting to cross illegally from Serbia into Croatia. Police say a search operation involving boats and drones is still under way. IMAGES
