Description
Today and Thursday will be very similar to Tuesday, so keep your outdoor plans but keep an eye to the sky!
While strong widespread storms are not expected, there's still a possibility and any showers will be erratic, slow-moving cells and have the possibility of producing some downpours.
You may also notice a little haze in the sky from wildfire smoke in the region, but it's expected to be subtle and will not have a big impact on low-level air quality in Ohio. If anything, wildfire smoke in the upper levels of the atmosphere can sometimes provide very vivid colors during sunrise and sunset!
Heading into the second half of the week, the rain and storm chances are dropping off, as we look to stay mainly dry into the weekend.
The only downside in the forecast ahead is that the heat could return by next weekend, with highs pushing back into the upper 80s to around 90, and that will also coincide with a uptick in rain & storm chances.
And the temperature trend will continue to be above normal through the middle of the month. So that means generally speaking, temperatures will stay in the mid to upper 80s, with a few days around or above 90.
