The forecast turns more active with a few rounds of rain & storms today. The bulk of the activity will be this afternoon, with more rounds moving through tonight, and then again Thursday and Friday. Multiple rounds of rain could mean some heavy rainfall for some areas. There is the potential for more than 1" of rainfall through the end of the week. Some of the storms could also be stronger to isolated severe with gusty winds the main threat. Models are split with chances for rain and storms this weekend, so keep checking back with the 10TV Weather Team for the latest updates. And while we will be tracking wet weather at times over the next week, there don't appear to be any major temperature swings in the near future. Temperatures are trending to be at or just above normal through the beginning of next week.
