Description
According to the Columbus Division of Police, Jacob Todd and another man were shot in February 2020. Jacob died as a result of his injuries.
Since the arrest of German Sanchez Jr., who was just 16 at the time, the Granger family said his murder trial has been left in limbo.
"I stopped making plans [to follow the court case] and taking off work and I was like, 'Ok, let's just see if they say what they say is true, and we will go from there.' And then here we are six years later. I'm still feeling that way, as if it's not going to happen," said Jacob's father, Michael Granger.
