Description
The forecast playlist continues to be on repeat, with a daily highlight of sunshine, light winds and low humidity.
Indications earlier in the week were pointing toward the chance of some rain this weekend, but aside from a 'non-zero' chance Friday evening, it's looking like the weekend will be dry and hot.
Even if we do get some rain over the weekend and into next week, any precipitation that we receive won't do much to alleviate our worsening drought situation.
By Friday night, we'll see a few clouds but no rain - and with Friday being the hottest day this week, prepare for a very warm evening for high school football (or any of your Friday evening plans!).
There is still the chance of a few showers Sunday, however, it's likely central Ohio very well could be stuck between unsettled weather to our west and unsettled weather to our east - and stay dry in between.
However, as we start the workweek, we will see a big shift in the weather. Chances for rain and storms increase Monay and Tuesday.
We're expecting an overall pattern change late September/early October, which should allow temperatures to return to near normal and provide a few chances for rain.
