A man was arrested and charged after court records say he assaulted a man with cerebral palsy in the Short North nearly two weeks ago. Now the victim, Adam Stansbury, is speaking out and says he's willing to work with the prosecution in whatever manner to ensure the man who attacked him can’t do it to anyone else.
