November 24, 1981 Actress Loni Anderson has died at the age of 79. We checked our archives to see if we covered the CBS hit show, and found this surprising story. WKRP stars gathered in San Diego to witness their co-star marry KFMB Radio Executive Secretary, Cathy Sherwood. Loni and her co-stars talked to our reporter Janet Zappala--Loni said she was very happy for Frank. Art imitated life as a real life radio station secretary married a man who played a radio station sales manager.
