December 1979 Searching for cheap, delicious Mexican food, Eater reviewed Taco Factory, Salazar's Taco Shop, and Azteca Taco Shop. Stamp of approval for all from our original Unknown Eater Erik Sorenson. Armando Perez was the owner of the Taco Factory, a Foodmaker franchise. His son Michael contacted us to see if we still have this story--of course we do! He provided the photo at the end of the clip.
