Description
An Indiana man is facing charges for allegedly trying to drag a girl into the men's bathroom of a Bloomington movie theater.
Thomas Stinson, 22, of Worthington, is charged with kidnapping someone under the age of 14 and battery on someone younger than 14.
According to court documents, Stinson was waiting outside the women's bathroom at the AMC Showplace Theater 12 West in Bloomington, on May 23, when the girl stepped out. Her exact age is not given, just that she was younger than 14.
