Description
The Chief of Emergency Medical Services in Muncie has been placed on administrative leave as he faces charges out of Jay County.
Wesley Miller is charged with residential entry and domestic battery in front of a child less than 16 years old.
On May 27, those charges were filed and a warrant was issued out of Jay County for Miller's arrest.
