SPARK on the Circle is returning to Monument Circle for its third year! The 2025 season will kick off Saturday, May 31 and run through Sept. 28. There will be a temporary traffic closure on the northwest quadrant of Monument Circle to provide seating and food and beverage offerings, officials said, as well as free entertainment including live music, art and games.
