Description
A special investigation report from the Indiana State Board of Accounts accuses a former township trustee in Bartholomew County of misusing more than a million dollars in public money.
The audit alleges ex-trustee Benjamin Jackson spent more than $1.1 million on himself and his family. No criminal charges have been filed at this time, but the investigation found a pattern of personal expenses paid for with a township credit card over an 8-year period.
