Indiana State Police troopers are investigating after a man was shot while driving on Interstate 465 on Indianapolis' east side Thursday morning. The shooting was reported shortly after 6 a.m. May 22 along southbound I-465 just north of I-70. According to court documents, a man was shot in the shoulder while driving.
