Description

Firefighters responded to a vehicle that crashed into a high-voltage security fence on Northeast Marine Drive overnight. Crews were able to turn off the electricity to the fence and remove the driver from the vehicle. The driver was treated at the hospital. Portland Fire & Rescue didn't release any details about their injuries or their condition.
