Newly released body camera video shows a driver slamming into the back of a Milwaukie police officer's patrol car. It happened July 11 on Highway 224 while the police officer was conducting a traffic stop. The police officer is OK. Oregon law requires drivers to move over for emergency vehicles, or slow down by at least 5 mph.
