Three teens have been arrested and charged in connection with a deadly shooting in northwest Harris County last month. The body of Quoc Nguyen, 28, was found along Lakewood Forest Drive near Grant Road on Sept. 4. Someone who was passing by spotted his body and called 911. Nguyen was robbed and shot to death before the suspects took his car and left the scene, investigators said. Nguyen was known to friends and family as "Jake." His family members said he was working as an Uber driver the night he was killed and had picked up several passengers for a ride from downtown Houston. The last contact with him was when the trip reached north Harris County.
