A driver reported just after 5 a.m. Sunday morning that they believed they struck someone while traveling on Highway 50 near Starr Nelson Road in Delta County. Colorado State Patrol troopers responded and found a body along the highway. Their initial investigation determined that the victim was struck in the middle of the left lane on Highway 50 and had been hit by multiple vehicles.
