The Marion County Prosecutor's Office formally charged a father and his ex-girlfriend for their alleged roles in the murder of his daughter. Zachary Arnold, 41, of Indianapolis, is charged with murder, and 30-year-old Andrea Lopez-Figueroa, of Lawrence, is charged with assisting a criminal when the criminal assisted or committed murder and failure to make a report. IMPD confirmed Lopez-Figueroa was arrested Thursday afternoon.
