Indiana State Police is investigating a death along Interstate 70 on Indianapolis' east side Monday morning. Around 8:15 a.m. May 19, an alert from INDOT, citing state police, said the right two lanes of eastbound I-70 were closed near Sherman Drive due to an incident with "one confirmed fatality." Just before 12:30 p.m., INDOT reported all lanes were back open.
