Two-time defending Indianapolis 500 winner Josef Newgarden and 2018 winner Will Power will now start at the end of the grid Sunday after failing a tech inspection during qualifying. INDYCAR announced the Team Penske drivers will start 32nd and 33rd in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing on May 25 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway after they were in violation of INDYCAR Rule 14.7.8.16.
