IMPD is investigating a shooting on Indy's east side Sunday afternoon. According to IMPD, around 5:35 p.m. on May 18, officers were called to the 4700 block of East 19th Street, near Emerson Avenue, on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found one person who had been shot. They were taken to an area hospital in critical condition.
