A woman is dead and a child is in critical condition after a tree fell on top of a car in Greene County Friday night. The Greene County Sheriff's Office said dispatch was told about a car with a tree on top of it in the 1400 block of North 1500 West in Linton, Indiana around 7 p.m. May 16. When officers arrived on scene, the driver – a 33-year-old woman from Dugger, Indiana – was pronounced dead. Police said three children were also in the car, and one of them was in critical condition.
