Riders are experiencing ticket shock after IndyGo put forward a proposal to raise ticket fares due to rising operating costs. "Wow. I go to the programs, I go to places all the time and it's going to be hard," one bus rider said. "So, I've got to work something out." Another rider said the price increase is long overdue. "I say go for it, because that will take care of the buses and whatever needs to be done down here," Jeffrey Troxtell said. When 13News talked with people at the Julia M.
