For the first time, we’re hearing from a woman who was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 4-year-old boy and left his father hospitalized. A 22-year-old man has since been arrested in connection with the May 7 incident at East Raymond Street and South State Avenue on the southeast side of Indianapolis.
