IMPD on Wednesday, May 14, announced the arrest of a man who allegedly fled the scene of a crash that killed a 4-year-old child and critically injured two adults last week. The 22-year-old suspect faces preliminary charges of reckless homicide, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, leaving the scene of an accident involving catastrophic injuries and leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injury, police said.
