A 77-year-old Frankfort man has been detained after allegedly hitting and killing a 16-year-old boy in Elwood and driving off Saturday night. According to police, the teen was out running around 11:55 p.m. May 10 when he was hit near the intersection of 9th and Main streets in Elwood.
