Description
An Indianapolis man will spend at least 10 years in prison for a road rage shooting on the city's north side that cost an innocent bystander her left eye.
Susie Warden was working at Sullivan Hardware & Garden in March 2023 when a bullet smashed through a window and hit her in the face.
The gun was fired by Marqueses Tipton, who was shooting in a fit of road rage near Keystone Avenue and East 71st Street. The driver he was aiming at wasn't even the one that had crashed into his SUV.
