An Indianapolis man is charged after he allegedly hit and killed a bicyclist with his truck while driving high. Dillan Rogers was struck and killed around 7 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2025. He was riding in the crosswalk across the I-65 off-ramp to Raymond Street on the south side of Indianapolis when he was hit by a Ford F-350 truck exiting from the highway.
